Years ago, I read a book called Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society co-authored by Flowers, Jaworski, Scharmer, and Senge (all of whom have written other great works). It was probably the most impactful read of my grad school experience.

In the book, the authors talk about seeking the flow state (in ourselves, in our relationships, and in our teams). They talk about what it’s like, and how everything just works when we are in this state.

You know this state. You’ve been there.
